Lú Duān のくろ Bīng Wèi

Food is nice n service are good. The staff there was very helpful with English speaking waitress. The atmosphere was very good. Nice place to feel the local culture.

It is located in a popular food street in Kokura. The quality of food , mainly robata, is just ok in Japanese standard.
