新年初ランチで訪問。 まずはエビのテリーヌやアボカドの和物などまでついた新鮮野菜のサラダのボリュームからすごい。 真鯛のポワレも身がぷりぷりでこちらもカラフルな温野菜たっぷりで見た目も美しい。 手作りクロワッサン、ポタージュスープも濃厚な味でお腹いっぱいになりました。 友人の頼んだハンバーグも肉感がしっかりしていて、全体的に素材の味をちゃんと堪能出来る味付けでした。

I have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years because I love their course salad (large). Every time I go, I am always satisfied!
