The homemade Chinese noodles at this restaurant are exquisite! The soup has a nostalgic and gentle dried bonito flavor that makes you want to drink every last drop. The udon noodles, made with great care, are also delicious, especially the meat udon. The katsudon has surprising ingredients that complement the dish perfectly. This unique and flavorful menu is only available in winter, as the restaurant operates in a ski lodge.
