Taco Bell - Kissimmee

Taco Bell and many other restaurants are known for delivering food to customers' doors, but there have been instances of drivers stealing from customers or not delivering the full order. Lately, there have been more delivery drivers claiming to bring our food, but in reality, they leave nothing and refuse to take complaints at the door. This behavior needs to stop, especially when there are children waiting for their food.

I arrived at 8:10 to pick up a takeout order from this restaurant. They informed me that they were not open yet and it would take 15-20 minutes if I wanted something with egg or sausage. I specifically wanted eggs for breakfast, so I had to wait for them to open. I understand that they may be running behind schedule, but waiting over an hour from their supposed opening time is unacceptable in my opinion.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant that would even impress a nobleman. As someone who usually eats fast food and doesn't expect exceptional service, today was a pleasant surprise. After waiting for a few minutes for a table, Suzie came out and offered me a drink. When I politely declined (watching my calories), she quickly went to get my order and showed me to my seat, all while entertaining me with her friendly demeanor. I soon received my meal with an apology for the wait (which was very nice of them). When I finished my delicious meal, I went to throw away my trash and put my tray in the correct place. During this, Gavin offered to take my tray and trash for me. I was so impressed by their service that I blushed and agreed to let him take the tray, but not the trash. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this restaurant. (I may not be spelling the names correctly, but they are close!)

Quality is not the same as before. had to throw away my burrito supreme!

Whoever made our food thank you it was so good. Hot and fresh. Drivethru guy was in a good mood and handled everything perfect.
