Pollo Tropical - Kissimmee

I feel like they have cut back to the portions, especially when they order the full bun, I noticed that the chicken breast is shaved by its full portion and used in other objects like the packings and bowls. it is a better option than go through.

The food is delicious when they get the order right. We used to eat here at least once or twice a week but consistently the orders were wrong or hard rice, low quality pieces of chicken, hard and dried pieces of pork and so on. The standards definitely went downhill. I get ALL fast food places have this issue but this location specifically suffers from low standards and new employee issues. We tried it again today after not coming for a while and still has the same issues we stopped coming here for. We even ate inside instead of the drive through in the hopes it would be better. But nope.

2 stars because the young lady at the window was super nice and part of my order was decent enough to eat(sandwich)....I asked for fries (potato wedges) and I recvd fries that were burnt and hard. Definitely not going back!!

The tables were dirty. I understood that the workers were busy but they could of send someone to clean the tables. The floor has plastic silverware on the floor and bits of food on floor. First time and last for me.

The food was ok but the staff was just ok, seemed like they didn’t care and the dining room was not well kept.
