Papa John's Pizza - Kissimmee

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I ordered online while I was driving and made a mistake with my order. Fortunately, Raymond, the staff member there, was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. He corrected my order and I was very pleased with his service. Thank you, Raymond!

When I first ordered a pizza, it arrived cold. I called to complain about my order. The second time I ordered, I found a dead fly cooked into the pizza. I called again to voice my concerns, and they gave me credit for the mishap. I'm really disappointed with my experience overall.

I ordered online, and unfortunately, the meal was quite disappointing. I got two papadias but ended up tossing both after just a few bites. The Italian one had more banana peppers than meat, with only four thin slices of pepperoni and a few crumbs. The Philly steak had barely any beef and was mostly just swirl. The jalapeño poppers were at room temperature, and the cheese was hard and chewy. The BBQ wings were only coated in a gloppy sauce. Lastly, the large thin pizza was burnt and dry. At this point, I consider my payment a donation to a local restaurant. I will never order from this place again.

This was my second time ordering from this location. My first experience was a pick up and I noticed a gentleman upfront very courteous and cheerful. My pizza was made very well. My second time was delivery and again great experience I feel their pizza is made beefy meaning a lot of product, nice presentation and delicious. The wings were in my opinion really good with lots of sauce. The lady that took my order over the phone very polite: I keep have great experiences so I had to leave this feedback . 3/26/20

Just so everybody know, if you are using papa dough to pay for your order, and are using a coupon (25%, 50% papa john?s will deduct your papa dough from the regular price total and then apply the coupon. I personally think is bad practice, but a way to go around that may be placing to separate orders. I was given a number to call for customer svc and the recording directed me to the website where I had to go on a chat room and spend almost half hour on something that could have taken 3 minutes talking to a person on the phone
