Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

I really wanted a fish sandwich. I ordered a double, asked for fresh Pommes and Coca Cola. I also ordered two applecakes. I waited extra time to have hot fresh fries. You failed. They were not hot and crispy, and I had to complain how few frits I saved for a medium. So disappointed. The sandwich was good. Desperate to learn the apple cake were no longer BOGO. I paid $11.69. I didn't deserve my money!

Eat all right what I got.... I went through the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. Don't remember until I was home... Please note...

Very slow customer service and they all move forward in the thru drive all the time you want an additional 15 minutes for your order. Why do you have a drive thru when your speed of service is 0. Even I ordered an Oreo Frappe today and got a caramel-rappe that the girl was swearing Oreos....

Most of the time, it was a decent service, but today I ordered two things and they pulled me into the second window to wait. 15 cars later served who ordered after me, and I finally waved the guy who gave them food and asked where mine is. I was completely forgotten to sit in this window and sit there for literally 25 minutes. Every time people have to park in the berths and wait for our food.
