Bidrage med feedbackWe had a great time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was fun and well-kept, featuring vintage cars, large garage doors, and even onion rings served on an oil funnel. We loved sitting in the screened terrace area, which kept bugs and rain at bay while allowing us to enjoy the outdoors. Instead of sticking to their famous burgers, we opted for several shareable dishes to try a bit of everything. One teenager really enjoyed the food, while another thought it was just okay. We chose the chocolate cake based on the server's recommendation, but it turned out to be average. Overall, it was a lively and enjoyable evening out.
Incredible experience! This is likely the best burger I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few. I ordered it medium, as I didn't inquire about being well done. The flavor was fantastic, and the onion tower was reminiscent of Red Robin's but was served on an oil filler, which was a fun twist! The atmosphere was lively, and I have to mention the men's restroom—it's hands down the most unique I've ever encountered! With a cow for a urinal and a tire as the handwashing station, it was both creative and surprising. I doubt many reviews highlight the restrooms! I live in California, but I'm definitely planning to come back.
Good food, good atmosphere and good location. After sitting, we were informed about the new legendary policy that tells you that 20% service fee will be automatically added to your bill. They told us that if we were not in agreement with the policy we were not obliged to stay and eat, we could go. The problem I have with it is that servers tend not to give you their best knowledge, they will be paid no matter what. We ordered Edsel? Hot Pretzels and an appetizer, it came with cheese and mustard diving sauce. We prefer the cheese sauce, but both sauces were good. My husband had the French onion soup he said was delicious. He ordered the Shrimp Mac and cheese and loved him. I ordered the famous firestone Shrimp with a side of truffle friars. The shrimp was really good, in my opinion the truffle friries were not seasonal. I don't think I'll order her again. For the desert we shared their Turtle Brownie, which was delicious. Overall for our foods with the obligatory 20% service fee were $88, not bad for a night out. I'm back here.
We had a fantastic meal, but I was promised a complimentary birthday dessert that sounded amazing. Initially, our server was attentive and helpful. However, everything changed when the bill arrived, and we noticed that one of the desserts had been charged to my mom's bill. When we mentioned it, they couldn't simply remove the charge, which really marred the experience for me. I ended up just going with the first dessert I had ordered. Although our server had good intentions, they failed to keep track of the situation, resulting in my mom being charged an extra and unexpected $9.99. The manager had told our server that the charge would be removed, but then somehow they backed out. Additionally, be aware that a 20% service fee is automatically added, which meant my mom's bill was artificially inflated, leading to a higher tip. While the culinary experience was unique, we prefer transparency in our dining. We're unsure if we'll return, as this experience definitely left a sour impression.
My group had 14, our waitress was AMAZING. The service she provided was amazing, always made sure our regular drinks were filled, asked if we wanted another round of alcoholic beverages before we finished the 1st round. None of our checks or orders were incorrect. The food was good and other staff members were very nice as well. Clean environment.
