Charley’s Steak House-celebration, Fl

They visited Charlie's restaurant on International Drive, which was fully booked, so they decided to try the one in Kissimmee instead. They found it to be just as good, if not better.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was exceptional, and we were lucky to have Bailey as our waiter—he was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the bison, which turned out to be one of the best cuts of meat I've had in years. He went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies as well. The manager was super friendly, and the busser assigned to our section was incredibly helpful, ensuring we left with our leftovers and a little extra. The atmosphere was perfect, and I appreciated the special touches for my birthday, including a delicious crème brûlée to end the evening. I left feeling stuffed and happy! We will definitely be returning!

I dine here every year when I'm on vacation and have never been disappointed.

Best place to spoil yourself! We enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio, Caesar salad, meatballs, and the Porterhouse. To say everything was decadent would be an understatement. We followed up with an incredible butter cake dessert!! Annette, Jennifer, Kristen, and Orlando..thank you for everything you do to make it such an enjoyable experience.

Our waiter was great however kitchen fell short. Two out of three steaks way under cooked versus how they were ordered which meant by the time they got them cooked to correct temp sides were cold for them. Also saw table beside us have to send steak back for same reason. Your a steakhouse, you have one job. Had not been to Charley’s in years and was looking forward to this trip and thoroughly disappointed. Way over priced for what you get and plenty of other better steakhouses around. Won’t be back, should have kept my original reservation at Vito’s Chop House.
