Arby's - Kissimmee

Visited the drive through just as most places were closed due to Hurricane Ian arriving imminently and it seemed most of Florida had done the same. Couldn't see into the restaurant for customers. Service was understandably slow, we queued for about anhour. Despite this, the gentleman serving was the most upbeat and cheery fella. The food was OK. Next time I'm in the US I'dlike to try it again as I suspect I'd enjoy the food more when the staff aren't rushing and I'm not waiting an hour.

I walked in to order and it took like 3 minutes before someone came to ask me what I wanted then when she asked me another lady in the back said no do not take her order she will be right with you. Then I heard her say I don?t want her taking anyone?sorders until we get these online orders done. I am sorry but I am just as important as your online orders. I waited like 10 minsand still no one came to get order so I just walked out and went over to five guys where I was treated like a customer

Adored my first ever Arbys? very tasty food and so unique to other fast food. The beef sandwiches are amazing, and the curly fries are tasty too

The food was good, but I wish they weren’t so stingy with the roast beef. They really need to bring back the great Montana experience.

The customer service here is outstanding. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. All the sandwiches are made fresh. Just take a look at them! The sweet potato waffle fries are a fantastic choice as well.
