I was eager to have a classic lahmacun. The dough should be thin and crispy. The meat filling shouldn’t overpower the taste, and it should be well-cooked, but the dough shouldn’t be burnt or dry. Here in Kırşehir, you can enjoy such a lahmacun, complemented by side salads and sauces at fast-food prices. The service and welcoming atmosphere were truly lovely and genuine. Congratulations to the owner and the dedicated staff. I highly recommend coming here to try this lahmacun!

The doner doesn't need any additional toppings like lard or lamb. The portions are small. The creamy meatballs that come before the main dishes are very tasty. It's worth trying. The greens in the salad were fresh and vibrant. Given these prices, the quality of service is lacking. On the positive side, the staff is quick and friendly.
