Taco Bell - Kirkwood

This the 2nd -3rd time my food has been HORRIBLE. only reason I keep coming is bc I work nights and this place is literally across the street and open the latest in the area. Tonight I ordered the Chalupa meal with a Dorito taco and a strawberry slushy. The young lady was very nice however they only had steak and chicken. Ok fine I asked for the dorito taco with chicken. First off since when does the chalupa come with shredded chicken and not the cut strips/cube chicken? My shells were so hard I couldn't even bit them. shredded chicken in my dorito taco ew. It all was just NASTY. They ONLY had the Baja slushy and it tasted horrible. No baja flavor just the taste of the machine it came out of and ice. $16 dollars just WASTED TO NOT BE ABLE TO EAT ANY OF IT. TRIED CALLING OF COURSE WITH NO ANSWER.

2-17-2024 12pm Not sure why they refuse to open up the lobby, this is one of several times they do not have it opened per advertised hours. Management is poor here. Lost a customer, I manage a business a half a mile from here and will spread the word.

Went here for late lunch. Had a coupon because they screw up all the time. 4 people just stood around and looked at me. No one wanted to help. Said you have to order at kiosk. Said I have a coupon, you don't do counter services? After 5 minutes a so called manager came out to take my order. Tried to explain about kiosk and said they don't take orders at the counter. Not 1 minute after I get my food. A white lady walks in right up to the counter, and this dip ! turns right around and says may I help you. I told him that's out right discrimination!

Worst Taco Bell ever! Wanted to love it since it was new to my area, sadly it’s awful. I will venture all the way over to tesson ferry where the workers are polite, food is hot, and the order is right!

This is BY FAR THE RUDEST fast food place you can go too. The people working the drive thru are usually ALWAYS rude. If you ask for stuff they roll their eyes.Sometimes they will flat out refuse to make things. They mean it too. They just won’t. It’s not because they can’t they just decide they aren’t making that and will tell you. I called up there for the corporate number and they refused to give it and the lady on the phone was taking it as a complete joke. I told her I was going to call about them and she said “okay go ahead.” AND HUNG UP. Mind you I was NOT being hateful, just expressing my concerns. I just thought it was unacceptable to be told they are not making an available item.I think this location needs to re evaluate some of its employees.
