Buffalo Wild Wings Kirkwood

I've never had buffalo wings, they were really good, although it was warm when we apparently sat them for a while before we got them. the service was super slow. the waiter was pleasant. the biggest complain is that I made a reservation, days in advance, especially to watch the UFC fights based on the manager that they ventilate them. ten minutes after we were there, we said they didn't show the fights.

I do not recommend using ot for a reservation in this bww. we have made a reservation for our family to watch the michigan Iowa game at dinner. at the arrival the host said that she didn't know what is open table and that they don't appreciate OT reservations. we tried to talk to her about it, but we said we could get in touch and wait at least 45 minutes. we decided to go, and unfortunately, since it was close to the game time, we were not able to find another restaurant with tvs and available. .

Great time, a lot of TV for sport. really good and attentive waiter. beautiful atmosphere. no problem sitting in the opposite to the Fenton location.

I showed for my reservation, was said that they did not use open table at all, and we had to do for a table. Actually, it was the worst service I ever had in a restaurant. the whole waiting staff looked confused and lost all the time. they just walked in and out of the way, without food and never circle to tables. it took ten minutes for anyone who came to speak to ask for our drink order, and there was only one handful of people in the restaurant. my man ordered a beer and it took 15 minutes to get that on the table, and my mixed drink was given on the wrong table. twenty minutes later, someone finally came to take our order, and in the meantime the table left behind us because their food never arrived after 30 minutes of ordering. it took 25 minutes until our food arrived, and no one ever came by to ask if we needed fillings or something else with our meal. we spent 1 hour and 20 minutes in restaurant because the service was so slow! I never write reviews, but I feel like my experience was so bad that I had to share my experience.

Absolutely one of the best buffalo wild wings location Maybe best in the area and thank you Julia for the amazing Titos Moscow mule never had anything like that before
