Einstein Bros. Bagels - Kirksville

I visited in September and service was not bad. But the basis for my review is that My Granddaughter has not had a good experience twice. Now she refuses to go back. She is a Truman Freshman student and her basic request was that she didn't want tomatoes and the young lady made a comment to the other worker. Saying how difficult is it to take tomatoes out yourself. Long story short they gave her, her food not only with tomatoes but they also added onions. So you have just lost a customer. Actually two next time I go and Visit Kirksville I will go buy my Bagels somewhere else.

We were in town to tour a university and wanted a quick, good breakfast. We were surprised to find an Einstein's here and welcomed a familiar place while traveling. This Einstein's has a smaller menu than we have back home, but still a delicious variety of bagels, bagel sandwiches, and coffee drinks. We were so happy with the food and the friendly staff. It is located in Truman University's bookstore/student union, which you pass right by on the road easy to see. Einstein's has its own dedicated parking spot in the lot, or there is plenty of visitor parking. It is located on the second floor. After we got our food, we sat in the large, airy room with lots of nice seating. We will definitely go back there probably tomorrow!

I really like the food, but I swear every single time I go, something is missing from my order. I don’t order complex things, usually a bagel with cheese, smear, and an egg. And yet every time without fail something from that is missing. I try not to complain, but when I’m being charged for this stuff, I’d like to have it on my sandwich.

Great place for a bagel! People working there are really nice. Morgan Jackie are fantastic. Try it you'll like it. They'll be open all summer.

The Bacon Avocado Tomato Breakfast Sandwich is super good!!
