This morning been into McDonald s at Leeds birstall Had abit of a mix up with my order . The manager was called he was Anazing dealt with my problem quickly and had great customer service 10/10 . Many thanks to the manager
This restaurant is poor, the coffee has short measures, it’s cold, can’t taste coffee. It’s cutting costs at the customers expense. When I had to go back after ordering a drive through manager was poor replaced coffee but still not much better. Don’t waste you money I’ve move to get my daily coffee from a rival company.
Appalled at the way I was treated this morning. Adrian there is a severe complaint with your name on it is capitals! You call yourself a manger? Absolutely disgusted at your staff and you. Head Office and your CEO already have a complaint email in their inbox for Monday. Even one of your staff apologised for your behaviour and to be ordered from the restaurant by you as your staff laughed on, says a lot about you and your insecurities. Strip it back you got my order wrong. You replaced my order wrong knowing I would be forced to bring it back for a SECOND time. When I challenged you for a refund you said I couldn’t have both so I was forced to go back to my car for a THIRD time to get my phone, when you realised I had ordered through the app, I showed you the receipt. At this point you asked me to read it out to you, when I said no wonder you got my order wrong you told me to deal with head office instead. I asked for your name as I walked away only to be told publicly and sarcastically ‘Have a nice day’. At this point your staff laughed, I turned and said you were disgusting and then you told me to get out of your store. Very happily will I leave a restaurant I have visited regular for 20+ years. It will be no loss, there are others I am happy to visit. I wish you a very successful career with McDonald’s. Just to finish. I did not call you ‘thick’ . I implied that someone must need additional training if they repeatedly get orders wrong.
Visited birstall macs via the drivethru and put my order in, asusual to be told no milkshake and no mcflurry due to machines not working either they dont want my money or its too much trouble seems to be an regular accurence my next complaint is the girl who passed my food over she had a mouth but failed to use it hence today was the last time it may be local but will travel further to take a mac
