Worst Chinese ever arragant staff I ordered chips and have the order on record on phone and all I get is tuff you not getting them discussting attitude from person on phone will never use again and the place should be shut down. Been going here years but after this never again stay away people rat invested place

I frequent this Chinese restaurant weekly, and it is the top Chinese spot in the area. The portion sizes are generous, the food is flavorful and served hot, and they pay attention to any special notes we include in our Just Eat orders.

We ordered Chinese takeout from this restaurant at 5 pm when it opened for delivery. We live 2.5 miles away, which is a 10-minute drive. Unfortunately, we waited for 2 hours for our food, which arrived cold. The woman on the phone repeatedly got our address wrong, despite us spelling it out for her. We later found out she was actually the boss. The delivery driver called us three times because he was given the wrong address. We finally gave him the correct address, only to be told he was making another delivery first. It was clear that this was not the driver's fault, as he was given the incorrect information by the woman on the phone. To make matters worse, there was a hair in our food as well. This was a terrible experience with horrible service.

I ordered a special fried rice dish without prawns, but my meal arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes late and with prawns in it. I removed the prawns and enjoyed the meal initially. However, 1-2 hours later, I experienced tight chest pains and became violently ill. It was clear that I had accidentally consumed some prawns. The fact that my order was incorrect was frustrating, especially when I explicitly requested no prawns. This restaurant may need new management or a head chef to ensure the accuracy of food orders. I am giving it a two-star rating only because the food tasted good, although the aftermath was not pleasant.

Ordered 2 main meals and asked to upgrade to salt and pepper chips and would pay extra. One and a half hours later we recieved our meal which was clap cold and had normal chips even though we had paid the extra for salt and pepper. Phoned them up to say our order was wrong and meals were cold, fair play they said they would replace the whole meal within 40.mins. 40 mins later 2 x salt and pepper chips turned up. As we were hungry by this point we decided to warm our main meal and go with the new chips. What a disaster. Wife had beef in black bean sauce and I had Latchi chicen duck. No flavour whatsoever very bland and looked like dish water.. And it's now 2 hours since we ate this **** and still no sign of the meals they were going to replace like they ever were!!!!!!
