Tim Hortons - Kirkland

This restaurant was terrible. The staff there were not properly trained in basic hygiene practices, such as changing a drink glass if a strange object falls into it during preparation. Instead of removing it with a spoon, they offered it to the customer again. It was a disappointing experience.

The service at this restaurant during the week is excellent.

The owner and his staff are amazing with their customers. I would definitely come back to eat here again.

I'm writing when I'm front of the tim since 10 minutes and it's close before 9:30 and they wrote that close at 10

It's a nice place. Area is beautiful, green, and sunny. Service is alright. Sometimes it's a miss. The food is average, and their quality isn't better than the timmies I'm accustomed to in the UAE but it's fine. It's a nice large timmies where senior citizens like to relax and it's rarely loud or disruptive. The youth there are respectful. I wish they'd clean their tables more often though. Overall it's good.Parking: Many spots. Never full.Wheelchair accessibility: Exists
