Not only was it incredibly beautiful, but it was also the most delicious cake I've ever had.

However, there were some shortcomings. When we tried to cut the cake, the slices fell apart into crumbs, which didn’t look very appealing. The layers of the cake were dry, and perhaps a bit more cream could have improved the texture. Additionally, the chocolate icing on the outside was too hard and dense, which led to people not eating it.

I ordered the matcha cake, and it was fantastic! It wasn't overly sweet, and Fumie was very patient and accommodating.

I ordered a 6” strawberry shortcake just a few days before my birthday and it was exactly what I wanted. This is a Japanese style shortcake, professionally made, much taller/ big than expected and with lots of strawberries inside and on top! For an American palate it might be considered on the “mild sweet” side, but to me it was perfect amount of sweetness and softness, great with some green or black tea! They were able to write the message in Spanish perfectly You have to follow the instructions to pick up as they are inside another business, but it’s super easy and you can text message them to ask for details.

My fiancé bought me a large matcha fruit cake and it fed 20 people it tasted amazing and the fruit was fresh. NOT TOO SWEET. The only thing that could make it better is the cake can be slightly more moist. Might just be my personal preference.
