Bidrage med feedbackThe breads at this restaurant are delicious, however, I was disappointed with the haleem I purchased. It was not edible.
Edit: We tried a few different types of pastries and two types of naan. They were all very tasty. Persian husband said the naan was authentic though machine made. We will definitely come back and try more in the future.
This Persian bakery in Kirkland is delightful. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the sight of a large oven in the center of the shop, filling the air with the scent of freshly baked bread. Rows of long, flat bread hang out to dry, resembling clothes on a line. I tried the Sangak (thin, chewy, sesame-flavored flatbread) and Sheermal (thicker and sweet bready bread), along with a box of assorted cookies. The customer service was warm and inviting, with the gentleman behind the counter being friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I noticed some excitement among the Iranian customers over boxes of sour cherries, and after a friendly chat, I was offered a sample to try. Despite reading some negative reviews about the customer service, I'm glad I decided to visit and will definitely be back. Originally from Madras, India, I enjoy exploring different ethnic foods and flavors.
If you haven't tried Iranian bread and pastry try this place. They have fresh bread that you can literally finish eating before you get in your car because it's so delicious. And lots of different kinds of pastries. Medium size shop, with lots of spaceto move about, and friendly English speaking staff! There is lots of parking space, and we drive here often to get fresh bread, tea and their dry pastries.
Authentic Persian pizza. If you want to try a taste of Persian pizza, this is the place to go. The crust is thin, crispy, and loaded with ingredients!
