I hate to do this, but I feel at this opportunity in the rule I have to have the best experience with this place big eating hot yammy, but tonight it is the polar opposite eating arrived after 2 hours! kalzone raw teig cold donner meat whole thing warm best. Now I get the day off, is the highest busy time and I'm a bit far away, but we never experienced it.

Wow! every bite was fantastic. freshly made, good quality, good tasting.

The food was delicious, but the service from the staff was extremely poor.

I ordered food at 6:30 PM and it didn't arrive until almost 8:45 PM. There was no apology or explanation from the rude employees when I questioned why it took so long, even though I was less than 15 minutes away. This is not the first time I have received exceptionally disappointing service from this restaurant. It seems their quality has gone downhill recently. I will not be wasting my time there again.
