Burger King - Kinston

Excellent food and fantastic service! I received my order in less than 3 minutes.

I went to the drive-thru to quickly grab a meal for lunch (and dinner). I paid for my food but the total was incorrect. I was then made to feel like I was mistaken and asked if I had paid at the back window (even though no one was there to collect the money). It turns out I was charged for someone else's order. I had to speak to the manager to get the correct total while the cashier continued to insist there was no issue. If I hadn't double-checked my phone, I would have driven off having paid for the wrong thing. To make matters worse, I ended up getting food poisoning. I will not be returning to this establishment. They should also stop serving old food that has been sitting in the warmer all day.

The service at this restaurant was slow and the food quality was below average, typical of most fast food establishments nowadays. The employee working the drive-thru was at least friendly. I would not recommend this place.

The lack of genuine warmth and attentiveness was disappointing and made me feel undervalued as a customer.Moreover, the quality of the food did little to improve my impression. It was clear that the items had been cooked well before I arrived and were simply sitting in a warmer, rather than being made fresh. Despite the fact that it wasn 't busy, the food appeared to have been prepared in advance, leaving it lackluster and unappealing.As a customer, I expect to receive a freshly prepared meal, and the fact that this wasn 't the case was a major letdown. It 's disheartening to see a lack of attention to detail and a seeming disregard for the quality of the food being served.In conclusion, my visit to Burger King left me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience and food quality at this location.
