Taco Cabana - KINGWOOD

I and my family love this place all who work here are very nice and treat people right. The food is also great that we never have a problem with food or an employee, that is where we love to eat it is better than in a Mexican restaurant that you are treated much better and good food. Perfect if I set more than 5 stars.

If I could give this a score of -5 stars, I would. This place is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever treated in my 47 year of life! So last night was my last straw and felt that it must be said desperately. I ordered a taco salad yesterday. My fiancée came home and I opened it and it looked like that! There were perhaps six square pieces of salad barely one of the other ingredients and a bowl of soup beans. Not even edible. This place NIE gets orders right!!! I don't know why someone is disturbing the order for what they want. Because they probably give you what they want to give you. You should call the place The Taco Shell Game. If you don't know what the She'll Game is, see it up. I'm brilliant!! Ha! No serious, but the management has to clean house on the staff here and just get people who can do their job right!! It's not just last night, this is a few days a week for us personally and then my son and his wife have the same problems. You won't even go there and honestly if things don't change, as much as I love when they actually get the order right now and again we'll get on either! I spoke to a very nice person on the phone who was very polite and offered to restore it for me tonight. So thank you!!! However, I have seen the movies what people do with your food when you complain. So I'll pass on the offer. I really hope someone draws attention to these reviews. I want to see improvements so we can get what we do without going through the bag before we leave each time. Not really easy when you're dealing with Mexican food.

Never again! I did not write reviews when they constantly get my order wrong, but today the cake topped. My husband ordered 2 crispy shredded chicken tacos and checked to make sure they were the crispy shells. Usually they will place the order wrong and flour soft bowls. He opened to make sure that the bowls were crispy corn, but did not recognize he had to check to make sure they put chicken in them. At an ugly price of $2.59 per taco for bowl, over a spoon chicken and some salad and tomatoes we won?t be back. The taco on the lower photo is mainly salad. Not even a spoon of chicken could not even spread it out. Stay clear here!!!

Pretty disappointing. Food had little taste and seemed like bad quality. Would have been better to clean some skillfully roasted beans and nacho cheese, because that was obviously most of what the meal. Service was fine, but underoccupied and overwhelmed (although only a handful of customers were there). Two of three orders were wrong. It is not a taste of Mexico, it is a taste of cheap Texas. Not worth a visit.

Poor service and the wait time is totally ridiculous. Food quality is always messy too
