Eating is good, but the service, not so much. I ordered 8pc with family okra and pommes. We waited about 10 minutes. We have our food and no Okra. So we asked where the Okra is? She said I didn't blame you for that. We ordered it. She said there were a number of cars. So go around and go through again to order it. So that we get what we ordered, we have to go through the whole process again. SM So it was a toss up, cold chicken or hot Okra. This will be our last (this was our first) visit to Chicken Express. Thank you, but I'll go. -1 star for time -1 star for prices -1 star for service We have paid $34 for our partial order.

I've never had a bad experience. I went during lunch and when I came back to work to eat ready. My chicken looked old and was cold and my role was too. My tea had no ice cream and was warm. If I had more time at lunch, I would have taken my food back and got a refund.

Don't you want to go back? At first we waited a very long time at the window for our food when we got our food, we were NOT impressed. I order a cookie and got a pathetic piece of a role. In the box I didn't even get a liner for my food and looks very inconspicuous. The staff was sloppy and lazy with our food. Next time we'll stop somewhere else for our chicken.

The gizards are cooked perfectly and have a very good flavor, wings are super delicious and crispy. Bread is super soft and delicious plus tea is also very good. Staff is always helpful and service is fast
