Henry's Cafe - Kingston upon Thames

My colleague twice sent his chicken burger back as it was undercooked. The staff were great about this and gave him a refund without him asking. I had a fish finger sandwich which I didn’t eat all of as something didn’t taste right. hours...later I was violently sick and had the hot and cold shakes all night long along with regular trips to the toilet. Can only assume it’s the food and would therefore never recommend this place to eat!!!

We visited last night and we had amazing cocktails x we had food too but it was so over priced for what it was! Small portions and nothing special! I paid for my burger and extra onions rings- the portion of chips was unbelievably...small and the burger was nothing special. There are much better places to eat in Kingston- go here for cocktails but somewhere else for food!

Came here last night with a small group of friends for drinks after work. Unfortunately one member of the bar staff lets the place down. He was arrogant and his customer service left a lot to be desired. I’ve seen several comments on here about...rude staff and it wouldn’t surprise me if the majority were about the same person. Thankfully we had a dinner reservation somewhere else so didn’t stay long (but we were shouted at by the member of staff in question as we left)!

Visited here on bank holiday Monday and it wasn’t very busy,the bbq burnt ends were swimming in fat,breaded prawns and calamari were poor quality and looked like they were from the frozen section of cheap supermarket!we decided to leave our food and just paid for...our drinks!will not return here for food again very poor quality food!

The Double Philly beef pie was excellent but the service was dreadfully slow as it seemed there was a severe lack of staff. However the ambience was good and the place had a nice feel to it.
