Paid for a delivery this evening the delivery time kept getting put back then said delivered but no one came absolute scum of a restaurant take ur money and scam u

Second time in the year I get an incomplete order via drive tru. Looks like the management is making extra money by delivering incomplete orders. NEVER AGAIN.

The Security Officer provided excellent customer service, being polite, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the food was also very good.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to malfunctioning ordering screens. The screens would freeze when trying to place an order, causing issues with using vouchers and resulting in invalidating them. This led to long queues at the till, where the overwhelmed staff struggled to keep up with the dinnertime crowds. The lack of adequate staffing made the service slow and the restaurant feel overcrowded.

We came here as McD is my son's comfort place. On entry we were told that there was no table service and had to collect our food not a problem. We overheard someone else being told there were no cold drinks, why weren't we told?? We ordered 2 burgers and 4 large fries and popped down to Sainsburys for some cold drinks. It took ages for the food to be ready and when it did arrive it was nearly cold. We didn't have time to arse about getting it remade as we had a long journey to make. A very disappointing visit.
