I am truly disappointed with the recent TV ads for KFC that portray Jamaica in a negative light. They suggest that poor manners, such as eating with one’s mouth open and prioritizing oneself over others, are acceptable norms for KFC and, by extension, for Jamaicans. This is shameful! Jamaicans deserve to be represented with dignity, not in such a derogatory manner. It's time to reconsider and elevate the portrayal!

I went to Grange Lane West Cumberland branch of KFC to purchase a salad. After about half an hour I noticed that persons who placed their orders after me were served and long gone. When I enquired about my order I discovered that my order was not filled by anyone. This was not the first time I had that experience. On top of that the restaurant was very dirty, and that is putting it politely. I am very disappointed with my experience at your restaurant.

Visited Bougie pizza hut ordered the most expensive thing on you menu to celebrate a friend's birthday......epic fail ....the pizza was done without most of the topping I paid for. Can't believe you are looking to exploit customers at a time like this.
