Pizza Hut Havendale - Kingston

Pizza wasn’t even warm. Disappointed in the service but food quality remains on par.

Service was poor ,my was not at the time they said was going to be available. They did nothing to recover, poor communication, the workers had an attitude bad all around. I am from the USA except better.

I'm not a person, who would normally take their time to leave a customer service review, but this time is an exceptional one! And I don't mean it in the best of intentions! I asked the delivery person for only five minutes to find my card, and he abruptly disconnected the call in me. Please note this is after waiting almost three hours for my pizza to be delivered! This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I even had the cash available to pay for the order, and to show the level of disrespect, he didn't even gave me the time to provide a counter solution. In my opinion, one star is way too much!

The worst experience anyone could have in a fast food establishment. They mixed up the order.... Redo the pizza without saying a word to me.... It took them 2 HOURS to get it done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AVOID THIS OUTLET AT ALL COST!! STAY FAR!

God the service is horrible, i dunno what's worse between the time it takes for them to deliver or their phone that no one answers. Atleast the pizzs is good
