Great food amazing staff. We sat at bar and had dinner and drinks. Bartender was great at making drinks as well as being attentive as our server. Parking: Plenty of parking in large free parking lot Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly environment Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

New England Clam Chowder: Taste and texture more like thick cream of potato soup with some clams in it. Congealed rapidly. Lobster tails: About 3/4 of the tails portion was mushy, as though they had been thawed, refrozen, then thawed again. For the price (didn 't mind the price), ALL food served should have been fresh like it was off the boat. Jumbo stuffed shrimp: NOT jumbo. Average if not a bit smaller, and rubbery as though these were pre-cooked, frozen shrimp that were thawed and then cooked (overcooked, actually) again. Stuffing inside was delicious, my favorite part of the meal. Fried scallops: Scallops were tender and tasty, but had to take the breading off because it was so salty. Final verdict: Will not go back or recommend. There are other places, albeit maybe not so local, where an investment of this size would pay off in an amazingly fresh, well-prepared seafood splurge. Bowery Dugout left me feeling cheated.

We ate here on the occasion of our 25th Anniversary. We had just come from a Rip Van Winkle cruise looking forward to a nice lunch. We weren't disappointed. Hubby had the crab cakes I had the salmon with a side salad. The salmon was broiled. I need to remember to ask for slightly rare but otherwise good. The salad was delicious. Fresh greens with a fantastic sun dried tomato vinaigrette. I like to try new things although I am not overly fond of sun dried this dressing was sooo good that I asked for extra. The crab cakes were sizeable Hubby took one home. I tried it at home enjoyed it as well. Our server was very friendly it was obvious that she was attentive to her customers treated newbies as warmly as the regulars. It appears it's been awhile since the dining area was freshened up but that's my preference. Overall it was all so enjoyable that I forgot where we were almost suggested we go to the shore after we ate.

The seafood was fine but I’ve had better. The service was very good. Our waitress was terrific. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
