Wendy's - Kingston

They have changed the chicken they put on the salad. When ordering tell them to substitute the quality chicken meat that is white.

Took 4 times to pay for order and then they put cheese on the burgers even though we said not to. !

I don't know how a single restaurant can so consistently mess up even simple orders. I have never had an issue at the other Wendy's in Kingston. But this location messes up orders literally 9/10 times. It's a shock when they get it right. You would think after years they would get better, but I have tried to come back to this location multiple times over the past almost 10 years and they still can't get orders right.
