Red Lobster Kingston Bath Road

I requested to be seated in chairs rather than a booth, but they still placed us in a booth. Despite mentioning it was my birthday, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion. I ordered the Rock Lobster, but some parts near the tail were definitely undercooked and had a raw texture. Overall, this visit was quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences.

The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant had a nice, quiet atmosphere, allowing us to have a conversation without having to raise our voices.

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived, they told us they don't accept reservations. Thankfully, the wait was just around 10 minutes. After that, the rest of our experience was fantastic!

We weren't impressed with our service, the server from the next section was most helpful.

Generally a good experience. However, we found the lobster bisque to be too salty and the deep fried shrimp tasted strongly of old oil. The live lobster was great and service was welcoming.
