The huh is good! daughter and I went for a huh, it took 45 minutes to cook us huh, we ordered only 4 pieces. the girl who took our order had a great attitude. which I understand and in which I would not disturb, but they come. it's always a girl, maybe she needs a hug?

We were excited to try out this new restaurant. We were promptly seated by a masked server and didn't have to wait long for our food. Unfortunately, the batter on the chicken was thick, dry, and lacked flavor. The chicken itself was overcooked and bland.

Have her hair 3 times, first 2 times a challenge, as they don't speak English on the phone. each experience was 3 calls and yet when the order was picked up, it was still completely wrong. the last and I mean, it will be the LAST order that we set on fri day as order number 3 was so far wrong, I don't think it was even my order. how serious? They called back twice and no hope in the hell could we understand what we say to the devil. my man picked up the order and we couldn't eat it, it was all spicy when we were after mild, got wings when I said I would pay extra for NO wings and NO drum sticks. do they have a budding koleslaw? then we were so hungry after the work on a long day, we went to eat what we could, after removing the skin from all the hues, and with a mentally challenged brother who does not and hates hot food, I still made his evening meal so that he could eat something. I can't believe that they can change the order they do and not get an order right. popeyes was brilliant in the states, but here in kingston? I can't believe that they have people who can't even understand what the order is, but the half ass cook for people? raw chicken? a warning how sick this is? never again! more than 80$ per year. not worth a dollar with rohemhun, and all my friends know it now.

This place is terrible! my 5 minute waiting turned into 15 and they left 12 people in the load and I never got a fork for a poutine!

I called this location because it’s our usual go to for takeout and because of Covid 19 I wanted to order over the phone and just pick up with minimum contact. Ordered over the phone but couldn’t pay over the phone so I had to...go in and stand in line as I normally would totally useless!! When I got there it was okay because there was only me and 2 other people in the place. When I was getting ready to leave which took forever I might add considering it was a preorder. The place was packed with no social distancing and only myself and one other person was wearing a mask. I find it totally reckless and poor business practice not to limit the number of people during a pandemic. I will NEVER return here due to their mishandling of the current situation. After all of that I had to go back in because there was no utensils in the bag today our food.....wow just wow! When I went back in to get the utensils I said something to the staff that I was disgusted that they don’t enforce social distancing or the number of customers in the store they looked at me like I had 3 head.....they don’t get it!
