My husband is from Philly and we both got cheesesteaks from here to see how close it would be to the real deal. Long story short, this place hits the nail on the head! You simply will not find a more authentic Philly cheesesteak in town everything from the bread to the meat is 100% the way it should be. The fries are also fantastic and have a great potato skin outside to them without being dry or hard. Delivery driver was very fast and friendly too. We'll definitely be ordering again and recommending to our friends!

The staff are so rude, specially the main cashier. only cares about the money, condescending. my friend was sick and he threw him out in even tho we had bought 2 poutines. he closes the bathroom, saying it’s out of order when it’s not. he doesn’t treat customers the way they should. the old employees were so kind but the new ones are just so rude and entitled. responce to pisanos reply: the common denominator here is that the one indian guy (not sure what his name is nor do i care) is the problem!!! all the bad reviews are because of him, he is constantly rude to everyone. he didn’t try to give him medication at all, they were laughing at him. they kicked him out and we’re not kind at all.

Ordered an item through their website, I was Disappointed to find I was given something else. After reaching out to them and even providing a confirmation of my order, I was told that they would reach out to the owner and get back to me, after 3 days of back and forth, where they stated they would credit me and admitted to there being a fault on their website (with the description of the item) they have decided to actively ignore me. A literal case of false advertising, where I was assured that it would be rectified. If they cannot complete customer service on this small of a scale, who knows what else is going on behind the counter.
