Papa John's Pizza - Kingston

Excellent food! Perfectly cooked. Delicious and very impressed. This was the first time with Papa John?s and we have now found a new favorite place to eat. Her garlic knots and parm breadsticks were the best we? ve had by far.

Do not order from this location, the staff is rude and the company doesn't care. We order a pizza and had 3 pizza show up at the door, the driver phone 5 mins after telling us they he messed up and was coming back to get the order he dropped off. Us being said okay thinking and believing the driver that our pizza would be there any minute. After 20 mins we called the store and get nothing but attitude from the women that was working there, when asking for a manager she told us to bad there was no manager working. She told us they were making us a fresh pizza and it was on it's way. About 15 mins later our pizza showed up and it was so cold that the cheese in the crust was rock hard. So we called the 1-800 customer service number and the lady told us the restaurant would deal with it. So guess we should of just kept the first order that was hot. Never will we us papa John's again as the company doesn't care.

I ordered online, the estimated delivery time was 35 mins. It's been an hour and a half and still no pizza. Called for an update and confirmation and was told it's on its way and then hung up on. Not great service. If I knew up front it was going to take 3 x as long to get dinner I would have come to pick it up or ordered some where different.

My go to is the coupon for a small pizza and garlic knots for 7 dollars. Can't go wrong with a price like that. ? And coming from a town that doesn't have a papa John's, I tend to go here quite a bit then I should admit. Would recommend.

About every two weeks I pick up a couple of large pizzas for my family, lately the toppings have been getting less and less and the crust sometimes thin, until Friday, May 21st. On this particular visit we had the best pizzas from there to date. Lots of toppings, which is great because we pay enough for them and the crust was perfect. My husband when from not really wanting pizza anymore, to he is still talking about how good it was......the reason a am posting a review. I wish we could have that cook everytime.
