Osmow's Shawarma - Kingston

Ordered a mild wrap, but it was drenched in hot sauce and way too spicy. Sadly had to throw it out because eating it made my mouth hurt. I've also ordered a platter here before, some of the chicken was burnt and gave me food poisoning. I've ordered several times from another location and never had any problems there.

We did a last minute catering order for 25 people, they helped us with the best value plan, gave us cutlery, napkins, serving utensils and sauces in bottles! We we pleasantly surprised. Thanks for feeding the Uxbridge Boys our bellies are full Highly recommended!

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. As a vegetarian, I ordered a dish from their vegetarian menu. However, when I asked them to use clean utensils while preparing my meal, they didn't follow my request and continued using their regular cooking tools. Whether this was a communication lapse or not, I believe that when offering vegan, vegetarian, or halal options, it's essential to use separate, clean cooking utensils, as this is a significant concern for many customers. If they can address this issue, it would enhance the overall experience, as they truly have great employees and a wonderful establishment.

They offer a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, including shawarma and other boxed meals. It's a great place for takeout.

What an excellent location for an Osmow's! The food was served at a reasonable pace, and they took the time to ask for my sauce preferences before handing it over. The portion sizes were quite generous, allowing for sharing if you're not too hungry. They currently have a student special, which made the experience even better. The staff was friendly, and I was welcomed with smiles.
