Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kingston

We ordered a cake online for my son's first birthday. I was hesitant about which one as our theme and color were not standard. I selected the cake I like the most and the color option I wanted for the cake, relatively standard process. But I added wishful special instructions with no expectation they would be granted...what I got was a cake that more than beat my greatest expectations. Danielle, from the Bath Rd location not only used just the colors of our theme but went above and beyond to gel draw a large turtle on the cake so that it matched our party theme (I had requested that if they had a turtle on an edible sheet to please add it) The turtle was well drawn and beautiful. Thank you so much to Danielle and the staff at the Bath Rd Dairy Queen for making me happy with my cake choices.

We walked in at about 9pm for a blizzard, there was no line yet we had to wait over 25 mins to get it… love DQ but the night team blew it

Very nice staff. They stayed late. Did not realize that they had already closed. Will definitely be back (during operating hours next time).

We order 2 blizzards ... Skor and Reese then we got 2 Skor ..no problem and went back they did the Reese but the Ice Cream was quite white ? which we realized really quickly was because the chocolate was not blended and all were large chunks...about 9

Usually great for ice cream treats, but not today. The expensive blizzards were not mixed , just bits of candy in ice cream...i.e. turtles blizzard had ice cream and small rollo like pieces in, nothing else. The service was awful, as the manager interfered with staff we were dealing with and messed everything up.Very disappointed ?
