Bidrage med feedbackThey're always rushing over there so the coffee is never truly to Starbucks quality, then today I get one and apparently the woman in her mad rush failed to put the lid on the whole way so I basically paid 5 dollars for a no stained cup. So I call and basically get told oh that sucks. Then I call a REAL Starbucks down the road and the guy says they're not affiliated with that one target owns them but if I would have gone to his store and bought it they'd hand me a new coffee. I will NEVER give those assholes another dollar and warn anyone going to that one. Go to a real Starbucks people
I wish I could leave zero stars. Whoever the large girl is with the trashy homemade blue hair she made this location loose customers today. I stood with my family for a few minutes waiting for someone to assist me and nothing so we look around the corner and she had her back to us on a chair reading a book she looked over her shoulder at us and went back to reading so I walked off. If she was on break then fine but someone needs to cover her while she reads her Harry Potter or whatever pitiful novel was more important than doing her job. I wish there was a higher customer service standard for Starbucks.
Very good muffins. I had the passion iced tea. It was delicious with a wonderful fruity taste. Very nice young lady was working. She was efficient and very friendly.
I stood inside Starbucks for 5 minutes while two people behind the counter ignored my presence, did not even say a word to me, did not even look at me and did not greet me. I was under the impression that they were closed- at least it looked like they weren't going to be serving me anytime soon that morning, although two other patrons were greeted and served while I stood with my children and was humiliatingly ignored. Target is going to hear from me about this locations apparent racism. The more I share my story and experience with others, the more I am told that it looks like they were discriminating against me. Not that it should matter ANYWHERE, but I am not white. The other patrons in the store who WERE served and greeted were white. That is the ONLY difference between me and them when I walked in and was treated so horribly.
Would prefer the opportunity to sit down in this Starbucks after shopping, but hopefully will be able to when everything with Covid settles down. Also, seems like the one batista was doing it all and could have used another batista to help. She did awesome though all by herself.
