Pizza Plus - Kingsport

Lynn Garden Pizza plus has really gone downhill the last 4 years. Food doesn't taste good and no one seems to wear a uniform just street clothes, so it's very unprofessional in my grandson.

This particular pizza plus had outstanding food. Their employees are hard working,and respectful. I especially enjoy the family type environment as you walk through the door.

I normally love Pizza Plus but the staff at this location is rude. Today I had a pizza that clearly had gotten cross contaminated with the sweet sauce they use for the dessert pizza and it just tasted terrible. When I called to tell them what had happened they told me to bring the pizza back and they 'd make me a new one. The lady then asked how much we ate. I told her 4 different people had each grabbed a slice so 4 of the 10 slices were gone. She then got rude and said well you ate half the pizza and want me to replace it, that doesn 't make sense well im sorry but usually people don 't have a taste tester person to make sure the pizza is good before everyone digs in. So I just told her nevermind and have called a different store and am paying for a new pizza just because that lady at this location was so god awfully rude. I understand if one single person ate 4 slices and wanted a new pizza but we had 4 different people all grab slices as soon as I arrived home with the pizza.

Ordered delivery from this pizza plus and when it arrived the ranch for our salad was spilled all over the bag and had no lid on it. The two hoagies we had ordered had almost no meat on them. One of them had ONE slice of ham and the BLT had literal crumbs instead of bacon. When calling the restaurant to tell them about this they were argumentative and told us nothing could be done because the food had already been eaten. Finally they offered a $10 voucher after arguing with us about the state of our order.

Ordered a pizza online for my daughter and a salad for my pregnant wife. I received a call saying they were out of salads. I find that hard to believe considering there is a salad bar inside and it was only 6:30 pm. They normally wrap the salad bar up at 9. Seems to me they did it early and are too lazy to get it out to make one salad. During the call, I was told I could have a store credit for the salad, I requested a refund, they said they don't do refunds. Well they must be the only pizza plus that doesn't because I used to work at pizza plus and gave refunds a few times. Not professional at all. Didn't offer me anything to fix it. Just plain rude and unprofessional. I won't be going back to this location and will be contacting corporate for my refund
