Pizza Hut - Kingsport

I just had dinner here and were very happy with the experience. The staff and the manager were super nice, the food came in a timely way, fresh and hot and just as we ordered it, so a nice change from the place we had previously ordered. Next time we want pizza hat. This is so much better than anyone in our own city.

We had my daughter's 18th birthday party here and it turned out real nice. We had about 17 people and the staff was very accommodating for us. We took in a cake and ice cream that they kept in the freezer for us until we were ready for it. I was really surprised at how cheap it was to. If we had rented a place to accommodate that many people that alone would have been more than the pizza and drinks cost us. Most teenagers love pizza too. It was laid back and relaxed. A perfect place for a party.

Hate new phone system. Tried to get ahold of the store, waited 11 minutes..disconnected me, have called back numerous times never geting the store. We ordered 3 pizzas.. 1 had fuzzy fibers from something, though it was hair.

The whole place smelled of urine and the seats were either broken or ripped. There were only 2 employees there and one of them left the premises in her car. We along with 3 other parties were waiting to pay for about 5 minutes and she pulls into the parking lot. The other employee stayed outside while she was gone. The food on the bar was hot but only because it was under the heat lamps. The breadsticks were hard and they were out of tea! Definitely won't go back unless they have a total makeover!

Ordered a delivery pizza and after getting a text at 850 saying my pizza was in route to my home 1.8 miles away, it took an hour for it to be delivered and it was COLD
