Ordered two bowls to be picked up at 6pm. Got to the store at 5:55pm expecting to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. Instead I waited until 6:10pm as customer after customer went through the line ahead of me and got their food. One family that came in after me had time to order, sit down and eat, and left before my order was made.I finally asked where my food was at 6:15pm and they said they would get it started. Why wasn 't it started when I ordered it?? I waited another 10 minutes while they cooked the food I had ordered because they ran out of it.Finally got my order at 6:25 and as an apology for waiting 30 minutes for my order that was placed at 5:50, they gave me extra chicken. I 'm not sure how much the normal amount of chicken is but it really seemed like I got the normal amount. It didn 't feel like I was offered anything extra to make up for waiting as long as I did...The food was fine, but they really need to work on their mobile ordering system. Waiting 30 minutes while customers who came in after me are served is rude and discourteous.Vegetarian options: Vegan Beyond Chicken is served here.

I love this place. My go too when I wanna eat something but don’t know what to eat. Always hits the spot and the chow mein is absolutely delicious.

The staff was pleasant to deal with however they are ALWAYS out of food. It's always slim pickings. No matter the time of day or day of the week.Food: 4/5

I came in to the first time to this location and right away was impressed. It was very clean and not noisy. I ordered my food which they had to make and I had to wait for. I didn't mind at all since my food was gonna be fresh. Boy was I not disappointed. The food was delicious and fresh. This locations food tastes better than the one I visited at the Pinnacle in Bristol. I will be returning to this location.Vegetarian options: The vegan option is delish and the reason I came in
