Kay's - Kingsport

Best food in tri cities we eat there often . my wife love's KAYS soup beans.

Good home cooked breakfast, just like grandma use to cook, best hamburgers in town .

I've eaten at Kays both at breakfast and lunch over various times. I loved both because the portions are very generous and is the best country style cooking anywhere in Kingsport,in my opinion, bar none. The breakfast is just like grandma used to make and they have the most tender tenderloin ive ever found. I love visiting this restaurant. The service is great and the environment very friendly. The prices are unbelievably low but remember its cash only. No credit cards.

This was our first time. Everything was great food and service yes.

Sausage gravy and the best biscuits you ever tasted..then Fridays, hot roast beef sandwiches..the best!!
