I told them what I wanted, and I didn't get what I asked for wheat, I have white IS for raw onions I didn't ask anyone on Friday for mayonnaise... No Mayonnaise I will not go back there

I always enjoyed Jersey Mike and my favorite is the chicken phillie. Tonight, my sandwich was the best I ever had at every JM. Friendly staff and short waiting made it a perfect experience.

I and my sister went in. Sister started ordering, then the lady tells us we need a mask. That we want to wear masks is one thing, but all three people who work there, including the lady who said we had to wear masks, had their masks under their noses. If you ask your customers to wear masks, then all employees should wear them properly. Don't be a hypocrite. When it came to them to make food, they took our food in their backs for about 15 minutes and did not tell us what they did (warming up sandwiches) etc. You were not professional at all.

Loved the simple order on the app, then pick up in the store. The order was completed quickly and accurately.

I typically order the #13 giant sized and the people behind the counter have always done me right on the first try. Even when i have half the sandwich made one way and the other another way..ive ate at places where the employee has an attitude about odd requests but ive yet to experience that here..the place is always clean when i go there and the food is great although a little pricey imho. Decent food costs though.
