Hardee's - Kingsport

The food is overpriced but decent. The biscuits are not worth $5 each. The platters should have more hash browns and gravy. Overall, the breakfast did not meet our expectations considering the cost. Rating: 3/5.

I spent 8 minutes this morning trying to get someone to pick up at the drive-thru, but no one responded.

Needs to get rid of roaches ask the manager to take notice and she just ignored and walked away like you weren't even there.

Bad order experience. Order was wrong and management was both uncaring and unhelpful when I called to give feedback. Would've appreciated a refund or replacement. Had to cut up and put my own stuff on the burger for it to be edible.

It's 9pm and no one works here. No drive through. Doors locked but people eating inside. No one answers the phone.It's time to start drug testing those managers.
