Hardee's - Kingsport

Hardee's used to have the best chicken biscuit ever. It was huge and always great. Now its half the size, twice the price and nasty as heck. That is if you can chew it at all. Gravy was cold and the sweet tea was so diluted it was almost just water. Tea was so bad I poured it out.

Always open, we need more 24 Hr stores in our area!

My brother saved his burger under the box it usually comes in and it ended up getting crushed. The only other items in the bag were a few fries. When we brought this up to the employee, she insisted it wasn’t her fault and had a really bad attitude about it. Why should we have to deal with that? We definitely won't be coming back. (Not that it matters much.) I also can't seem to upload the pictures.

Desperate. If you like to make cookies from scratch than go for it. All that Hardee ever did is complain that there was flour on the ground, and flour on my apron they never delivered to me. And everything else. Don't waste your time...

Food is fresh.. but when ordering a hotdog (which is pictured on the menu with mustard onions and chili) it comes plain.. bun and hotdog.. I called and they said that's how they are served unless you ask for chili dog... SO WHY PICTURE IT WITH EVERYTHING? Burgers don't come plain.. why do the dogs??
