Fatz - Kingsport

It was great food service was wonderful when more date night lighting than family night but still comfortable. Everyone enjoyed his meals, which is a difficult task for us. Thankfully, it will often go back.

We visited here yesterday evening. I?m just now getting a chance to write this review. We have ALWAYS had great food and great service, but last night was especially awesome. April was our server. She was SO on top of everything. As someone who works with the public, I was so impressed at her work ethic and customer service skills. Our refills were delivered before our cups were empty, she was very kind, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The food was fast and DELICIOUS. The cooks deserve a lot of recognition, as well. The hostesses were super friendly, as well. What an excellent group of fine individuals you have working for you. Please commend them in an awesome way and make sure they know how much they are appreciated. There?s so many people who are so quick to fuss about what?s wrong, but not enough that tell you what?s right!

Place looks a bit dated so they definitely could use some upgrades. The waitress was very friendly. The food was really good, but just wish they had more of a selection of healthier meals.

Turns to a low volume time. My food was served exceptionally fast. I went two days in a row on the first day I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for a full meal. It was a signature chicken and it was delicious. I even ordered to go home. The free rolls and butter should die. On the second day I went for everyone who can eat ribs. You have it in any style you like and if you do not like what you order, they will not solve it any problem. My waitress is really nice, I wish I could remember her name. In the first waiter I had was a very thick Boston accent and he was very attentive and fast. Very clean restaurant very nice menu lots of food to choose from and they do not skip on the napkins. I would like to see that this place may be booming on a Friday or Saturday night. I definitely go back.

Truck Driver. Always in search of the 'decent meal '. We rarely get one. Fatz did not disappoint. The salad was fresh with homemade ranch dressing. Rolls, warm and soft. Baked potato was cooked to perfection. I had the sirloin and ribs. Both cooked perfectly. Ribs fall off the bone juicy. The only minus I would say was that the ribs were just a little too salty. Tall glass of fresh sweet tea washed the salt down well. Service was great too! I 'm fairly picky when it comes to reviewing. Don 't have much time for other things in this business, but Fatz definitely deserves the time. Thank you Fatz for catering to this picky truckers cravings!
