The service here is A1. I'm ready for the purchase that gets a sandwich yesterday, and you'd think we'd wait forever, but no! That's why the Chick is my favorite fast food place. Your ice machine works, they don't run out of something I really want, and everyone is nice. Keep the good work... You should have a Noble Prize for your humanitarian...

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I called just two hours in advance to order 150 chicken nuggets for my church youth group, and they took it in stride, having everything prepared when I arrived. As I was heading to the car, my son accidentally stumbled and fell in the parking lot. The staff sprang into action, not only cleaning up the mess but also replacing the entire order for free in under 15 minutes.

I already enjoyed this Chick-fil-A, as I visit at least once a week, but they really went above and beyond today. I was picking up lunch for my daughter and me when I realized I had left my wallet on the table at home, complete with my payment details. When I mentioned my forgotten wallet at the drive-thru window, the employee kindly offered to cover my order without a second thought. I was so embarrassed about forgetting my wallet, but their generosity was truly remarkable. A big thank you to the team for going the extra mile!
