I always tax her brain to see how knowledgeable they are about her products and I am glad to say that they were on the running. coffee, chocolate and a cold drink were ordered and served within a reasonable time. all beverages met expectations. there is a thing that I notice in all the costas I have visited, and that is that there is no real dedicated way out. they have to go through the sitting area and exchange people and bags or make their way back through the waiting line. I'm on crutches and it can be a few days also difficult.
The customer service was excellent. very clean and tidy and a nice selection of products. a great place to calm down and have a coffee
Coffee is always good but the hot chocolate is divine!! Staff are so lovely even when they always ask everyone if they want cakes etc I'm sure they are told to. I dont mind.
Not often to stop for a drink, but had two periods apart and opposite ends of the sick house, so a naughty hot chocolate was in order. the pattern of sprinkles looked like a hase rabbit (or my first thought was that my drink was the finger on me
I don't usually stop for a drink, but since I had two separate breaks at opposite ends of the building, I decided to indulge in a guilty pleasure—a hot chocolate. The pattern of sprinkles on top resembled a cute rabbit, or at least that was my first thought before realizing it looked more like a finger pointing at me!
