La Rosa De Michoacan #2 - Kingman

I used the drive-thru twice and dined in once at this restaurant. I really wanted to give it a fair shot, so over the course of seven months, I went three times. Unfortunately, each visit was a disappointment. I never received a properly cooked chile Relleno; the chile was rock hard, and the cheese was just as bad. The taco I ordered was also lacking — I got a small, roughly three-inch round tortilla with meat in the center, and it was missing cheese and lettuce. To top it off, they didn’t include my salsa, and the sour cream and avocado were watery. I just can’t justify spending good money on such terrible food.

I ordered the polloze, and while it was good, there were too many small bones in it. I kept having to pick them out of my mouth, and I even chipped a back tooth. I won't order that again. The carne asada street tacos were really dry as well. I’ll give the restaurant one more chance and try something different next time.

The food is amazing! The chicken tacos are absolutely the best!

The customer service was terrible. I waited 30 minutes for 6 tacos, and the place wasn’t even busy. They also forgot to include the onions and salsa. I won't be returning.

This is the best Mexican food I've had in a long time! I've lived in Kingman for 60 years.
