Ihop - Kingman

I'm in Kingman Arizona. My family and I just had breakfast. The waitress was excellent. The bad thing is, the food was cold. When we went to go pay the manager was very rude with us. It's sad to say that we will not be going back there.

Went to eat breakfast, 2 waitresses, they appeared to not wanting to be at work, one said she'd seat us that she be right back.. never returned.. finally got seated waited 15 minutes no service. We left, a table of 6 also left restaurant. Management you need to wake up your waitresses, you lost business today.

When into IHOP today seen some of the worst stuff you can see at a restaurant watched the manager on her phone then the computer then go grap someones pancakes with her hand put them on a different plate and then back to the computer now gloves just imagine what I didn't see never again will I eat there thanks Norma for doing this in front of me so I know now

My wife and I stopped here for the first time at noon. One waitress working during lunch rush and she was also the hostes. No fault of the waitress but poorly managed. We looked around and everyone was wiring for their food. We looked back in the kitchen and there were 9 plates under the heating lamps and the cook was adding more. We sat for about 10 min and the poor waitress was doing everything. We had to get up and leave....

Didn't leave a tip, hostess almost stabbed my sister when she dropped the utensils on floor!!!
