Ihop - Kingman

It’s just not what it used to be. The service was really disappointing. I suppose since there’s a pot of coffee on the table, the server feels they don’t need to check in on us. My order was completely forgotten, so my family ended up waiting until my food arrived, and by then their plates were only lukewarm at best when I finally got my scrambled eggs and toast. We also didn’t receive our senior discount, which I guess is our fault for not stating that we’re seniors. IHOP used to have much higher standards.

Everything about this place was just average. The service was okay, but to be fair, the waitress was juggling several tables and seemed overwhelmed, so it's hard to blame her. However, the food was disappointing; my toast came out cold, and the hash browns tasted like they were fried in oil that was two months old. I suppose if you're really hungry, this could be a decent spot to eat—definitely better than Denny's.

The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Our waitress, Breeanna, was fantastic—she was incredibly friendly and kind. Even though the restaurant became busy and it seemed like she was the only server, she maintained a wonderful attitude and remained cheerful. We will definitely return and hope to have her as our waitress again next time!

The most kind hearted people!! My family got stranded in the middle of storm there and they invited us in with our puppy. Brianna found a suitable place for us to settle down, provided water and puppucino to our puppy to calm his nerves. We felt herkindness like God send! Thank you IHOP and Brianna for your kindness and we sure will pass it along!

Awesome all day breakfast here. Excellent coffee made made my day. Michelle was great and personable. She offered substitutes for meat on all menu items and she is the go to person if you get here. Conveniently located and quick service. Thank youMichelle. You are a great human being and the best waitress.
