Hualapai Mountain Resort - Kingman

The service was good, but I found the food to be disappointing—overcooked and dry. I've heard that the restaurant has new management, and they no longer offer some of the signature dishes we used to love. I would give it a 1 now, compared to the 8 it used to deserve.

This restaurant used to be an amazing dining spot, but unfortunately, it's become quite disappointing. The food lacks enjoyment now; it's overly seasoned and dry. It's a shame, especially since the location is fantastic. I recommend finding a new chef and returning to the classic dishes that once made this place exceptional.
